Questions for 2.7T owners with 17x8 Avus wheels....

Any mods (like spacers or centering rings) required to install these? Any offset issues? Also, which tire size is preferred, 235/45R17 or 245/40R17? (I'm assuming the S6 stock 255/40R17s are too big) Having H&R coilovers installed soon (they just arrived!) so I hope this won't severely limit my choices of rubber size.

Any comments/suggestions appreciated.

They fit with no problems...no spacers, no longer bolts...I have 245/45 x 17s and

they fit with no problems. I have Eibach/Audi lowering springs (once again, no problems). You could mount the 255/40 x 17s if you have a 4.2, but do not try this on a 2.7T.
