What happened to the "Track Challenge" post? Very Interesting, but (more)
The S6 did not shape that well. 3.6 seconds <b> slower </b> than the M3 SMG !!!! Well from my recent test drive of the M3 I would have not though so.
At least the S6 ranked amongst the better standard auto box cars.
One thing though, in a track test report a few months ago by our local magazine "Top Car" at a track not so far from here, the Audi S3 was found to be slower then the Renault Clio 2.0 16v, whereas around Hockenheim the standard S3 was, according to "Track Challenge", was <b> 3.4 sec. faster </b> .
Hmmm, no real conclusion here, other that I am disappointed by the S6 results... The only consolation is that apart from the XKR, M3, M5 & M Coupe, most of the "faster" cars listed are not available in SA.
On the other hand the preformance of the MTM Audi RS4 is quite amazing.
