Eibachs: Day 4
I took this pic in the parking lot of the Nixon Library in Yorba Linda Ca on Thursday.

It's been 4 days since the Eibachs were installed and I am verry happy. The
ride is still verry comfortable. It is more firm, but not harsh at all.
Today, on my way to work, I took the scenic route, wich is to say, I took
side streets instead of the freeway. Some streets were really bad,
potholes and cracks everywhere. Hit some pretty bad ones that shook the
car pretty good but no damadge was done. And the CD changer did not skipp
once.
I measured the the height front and back and noticed something interesting.
The front drivers side measures 26 & 1/4" from the ground to the top of
the wheel well. The rest of the car measured 26". I wonder if this will even
itself out as the springs settle.

hmm...wheels and tires, as well as tire pressures, must make a difference too
mine's 25 1/4 front, 25 1/2 rear, and the eibach's have been on for just about a month.

Re: How did you get the wrong springs?
bought them off of someone who won them at a Norcal raffle. The box says "99-00 A6 6 cyl", but when the shop tried to put them on, they wouldn't fit.
