Recaro's have SRS Side Airbags. AoA is just cheap not to put them in the S6.

Recaro's have SRS Side Airbags. AoA is just cheap not to put them in the S6.
<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/4902/zlwmmwmlss.jpg"></center><p>Someone mentioned previously that the Recaros will not be available (not even as an option) on the upcoming 2002 S6 in america. Damn.
Someone speculate that it is expensive for them to certify the recaros. someone said that they don't have the Side airbags so they don't put them in. well, here's a pic of an S4(?) (?non US?) with those nice recaros showing a clear srs airbag tag on the upper bolster. wtf is AoA doing? how much are those seats anyways? we can get them outselves at the shops. just may be not with the airbags. may be we can get avdh to source them for us in s.africa and we can put them in ourselves.
