Default Thanks! More questions for those who live in NJ.

I live in Monmouth County. The closest dealer is in Princeton. Does anyone have any comments on their service dept? Does anyone know of good repair shops in my area to get sound second opinions?

Princeton is my preferred dealer as the sales mgr. is "performance friendly". Service was passable.

Default Yup I use them for my service. I 've had pretty good luck with them. No real complaints.

But there not perfect either. My aux fan has a real siren probllem still. And once they "fogot" to prorder a part so I had to wait but other than that there service was very good.

Default I think I win; 8 warranty repairs in 2 years...

The people there are friendly and concerned, but I think at times overwhelmed by (read frustrated by) design issues from the factory. When you ask why some obvious flaws in design were passed along, they can't respond but simply shake their heads and then fix the problem (at least for a while until the replacement fails). You want to be angry at the dealer, but the real answer lies with Audi.
