Whats the deal with my windows?

I have an 1998 A6. When I roll down the front windows its fine, but toroll them up takes about 5 minutes. It is a very slow. Alao, they will start freaking out and start rolling down again on their own. The back windows are fine. Does anyone have a clue on what would be causing it or better yet, a way to fix it.

my passengers window is doing that too

What is the deal? If you stop it in the middle then start it again it begins at fast speed and slows down again.

My old car did that :(
