Yup. At a shady dealer I once worked at, they would do anything to make a deal.
Follow people home to pick up down payments, rummage through their trash to find stips ( old bills,etc ) and bring in the trade -some without brakes,etc.
I won't go into some of the shady things we did when I was at a less than reputable dealer. Heck, that dealer runs Porsches on TV.
