take a peek inside rear passenger door for factory recommendation, not what is on sidewall of tire.

I think spec is 36... 34-38 would be good IMO.

The fuel door says 33 on all tires, how are you guys putting in 35? isnt that dangerous

The rec on the car is the mfg's rec for a comfy ride, balanced between handling, economy, and...

comfort. The Max on the sidewall of the tire is the max pressure that the tire can safely handle. You can choose whatever you want, but there may be changes in grip, ride, noise, handling, etc.
I wouldn't underinflate them, however...ala Ford Exploders...although I think you'd be a lot safer if your tire delaminated than if you were in an Exploder.
