Any Avant owners have the "carpeted" trunk mat?

Any Avant owners have the "carpeted" trunk mat?
I'm trying to figure out which trunk mat to get. The choices are:
1. Foam rubber Audi mat: don't think so...while perfect for the 4.2, I want something sturdier for the Avant
2. Carpeted Audi mat: Clairparts shows an allroad carpeted mat that they describe as having a heavy rubber mat covered with "plush" carpeting, (ha ha). It sounds perfect, but it has the allroad logo on it (somewhat minor, but I'm no poseur!) Is the Avant carpeted mat the same? In its description it does not mention the heavy duty rubber, just the carpeting...but the price is exactly the same...hmmm. Does anyone have this? Is it heavy and nice? Does it have any logos on it?
3. The WeatherTech mat...which although appears quite durable...it seems a bit too "plasticky" for me...I like the idea of rubber, not plastic.
Any thoughts? or solutions?? Thanks

How sturdy is the foam mat? I've been looking for something to put over the standard trunk mat in my Avant and haven't found anything.
A nice, thick (maybe 0.5") rubber mat would be perfect!

The foam mat is not very sturdy...if you potentially carrry "sharp" things...
that is, relatively sharp...doesn't need to be like a knife. The mat is perfect for my "saloon" but I don't think it is for the Avant. It is EXTREMELY lightweight.
I want rubber (preferably with a durable carpet covering) and not "plastic". I'm hoping the Avant carpeted mat is just that

Hey Fin, I picked up something @ an automotive interior supply house that works for me
The place, btw, is called Veteran and it's on Pico. It is a very heavy rubber mat, available in several varations. it comes in 72in widths, so the width fits the length of my 2.7 w/ the seats folded down, with some to spare @ the rear. I purchased enough to cover the sides so if anything liquid happens, it will just hang out till I mop it up. I transport road bikes in the back and it works great for my purpose. cost was $ 50.00, jet black with small ribs running the width of the trunk. Does not smell really @ all after a few days. Really high quality, and a great shop to deal with, I am sure they will send you samples, or you can pick it up on the way TO THE AUTO SHOW!!! Congrats, btw. Kurt

Try it out for a while. The whole mat has Velcro-function . . .

Using the Audi mat from 2002 catalog, Allroad section.
Mat is bonded to a rubber material and has raised lip around the perimeter to catch spills and comes with 4 blocks that 'velcro' to the carpet to prevent shifting of load. Works very well. Cost about $95.
