Depends what you want it for. There are no other real 4 seat convertible European cars out there
other than the equally expensive BMW 3 series. If you don't want to see yourself coming and going, the Audi is more exclusive. It also has FWD which might not be a sports car enthusiasts choice ( but they buy hardtops in many cases anyway ), but will take better care of you in rain or snow.
Different strokes for different folks. What is a good value to you or I, is worthless to others. See Ming's post about the Acura MDX selling for over MSRP and getting it. Same goes for the Honda mini-van.
