Wait a second, did I hear that Ronal makes wheels for Audi?

Going to drive the 525iT and A6 3.0 Avant at lunch today with my wife (note to Chuck540 - this is MY WIFE'S car, so we are testing out cars FOR HER as I AM getting the RS6) - still LOVE the discounts on the 2002 Audis, but we have to wait and see what the boss likes. The MDX is also up there, but we can't drive one of those until after work today.

Hey, I ronal-semble that remark : )

The MDX isnt going to handle or drive like the other two, but it has good room. Not as glamorous either. Pay for scheduled maintanence. Solid as a rock. 240hp engine. AWD when needed. Leather seats kinda hard. Steering wheel channel selector only goes forward, not backward too. Nav is fantastic. AC is much better than the Audi 2.7T. Seats 5 adults and 2 kids. Costs less??? Some people like sitting higher while driving, my wife is so used to it now(4 runner before) that she doesnt like to drive cars anymore, too low for her.

MDX is more expensive than the A6 3.0 Avant

particularly with the discounts and factory incentives offered with the 2002 Audis now...plus Acura dealers charge MSRP or OVER for the MDX now

Ever since we got our minivan, my wife doesn't like driving cars either. She also likes to be sitting up higher, says she can see the road better and is more comfortable driving in the van. She wants to replace our 7 yo van with either an Honda or somesort of GMC SUV. Seems to be making Midori, April and Mrs. Finman a rare breed, women who love to drive cars.

Ronaldo is a BIATCH! Wazzup?

I'm trying to keep my wife in cars also, that's why we are trying two wagons and one SUV. I think many women love the feeling of driving above it all - sort of a power trip driving above all those testosterone-laden midlife-crisis men in wannabe sports cars. Many of these women probably picture themselves rolling over the little manly sportscars, and just laugh to themselves...

If you have the MDX still in mind head up here to Canyon Acura

to see what they will do, we can head to lunch or dinner sometime in AH or Yorba Linda. They might come off the standard 2k over MSRP.
In a way its nice to see that the value might hold pretty good with the Acura. Just dont get the chrome wheels, Acura sticks ya for ~1500 for those, aint worth it!! : )

Gotta test drive them first

then I'll take whomever gives me the best deal, no matter where I have to drive to get it. We'll definitely get together sometime, and likely when I get my RS6 so I can take another Audi enthusiast out...I'd love to see your 2.7t also - got some nice upgrades on there!
