Audi service rant...venting

I'm just venting. The dealer has had my 2.7T for a full week because I insisted they check out the metallic buzzing in the engine compartment that I hear under acceleration. I think its the BPV's, they says it may be a turbo. AoA won't allow trial and error swapping of the BPVs. Their excuse is they have a hard time reproducing the noise on the rack and couldn't get the Audi tech rep in. This all started when they took a crowbar to my dash trim to try to fix an interior buzz...then sent me home without informing me that they had damaged the wood trim (i.e., broke it in two!) and I raised hell. At least I've had an A4 loaner, but its still a huge step down. I miss my car and am really fed up.
