So...old news I guess...but no new A3 2-door here in U.S.???

Dammit...only bringing the A3 Avant here??? Hmmm...that's freaking lame and stupid...and a bit disappointing...I was hoping for the A3 (or S3) to be my 2nd commuter car...

The S will likely come in Avant form. We may see the 3 door then too - depends on reception.

I'm ready to receive it RIGHT NOW!!! But, I think I want the hatch!

If they base this only on reception of the Avant...we might not be seeing the hatch...I think I'd do it the other way around!

Yeah, I wish that VR 6 3.2 GTI was coming sooner...

DSG sounds cool...but I think I really miss the old-fashioned clutching self-shifter...

Word in the UK this week is no S3 (too close to the 3.2) but there will be a 5 door RS3 (350bhp?)
