S6 Auto Levelling suspension... aftermarket options?
Hey folks,
From what I've heard, the 1997 S6 has auto-levelling suspension. I'm aware that this is a pretty complex system. Looking to upgrade to coilovers, but I'm under the impression that this is nearly impossible.
Now, losing the auto-levelling feature is a non-issue... no big deal at all. Of course though, if that means it will affect other systems negatively, then that's not a good plan.
So what are the options for aftermarket suspension on this car? Looking to lower and stiffen the ride.

It was an option in Europe, but not common. Are you sure that you have it?
If you do, you can simply replace the struts with standard struts or coilovers. The rest of the suspension is the same.
