My conversion of their liters/100km to mpg equates to 18.3/27.9.
I believe that their number is for Imperial, not US, gallons. An Imperial gallon contains 4.546 liters. A US gallon contains 3.785 liters.
Even the mileage I calculated is high in my experience. I'd say it's more like 16/24, although we haven't had a totally highway tankful yet.
