Anyone in the Philly/South Jersey area have any recommendations for a good reliable dealer or mechanic. Preferably Dealer...I am not too thrilled about my options. Most of them seem to have serious 'tudes...Like they are the Audi customer and not the mechanic...Know your role and fix my car right!



I have been to the following:

Cherry Hill Audi(NJ) - (Grade: C)- Not forthright, have a categorical used car salesman aura. Have to twist their arm to do things. Didn't call to update me on the status of my LQ update, ended up keeping my car 3 days instead of 1, offered no loaner. To this day I question if had I not pushed the issue, if they would have sat on my Audi Assured paperwork. Extra pushy when selling the car - more concerned with the Customer Satisfaction follow call rating than the actual Customer Satisfaction. Made me feel like buying the car was a one time transaction and not the start of a customer relationship...



Don Rosen Audi - Conshohocken(PA) (Grade: B plus) - Charasmatic, but passively arrogant/self righteous. Solid service. Will fix problems, and address issues,as long as you are in their face. Do not return phone calls. They replaced my heated steering wheel, but put it on crooked. Complete end-gamer attitude when I called them to make them fix it.

Huntingdon Valley Audi - Huntingdon Valley(PA) Grade:B minus) - They have good specials and are open on Saturdays. However, they act aloof . They are skillful and identified the things that were wrong with my car, BUT despite all of the leaks that they discovered on my car- No one told me anything about it while they were working on the car, only after the fact. Then they acted like it wasn't a big deal. The last staw was that I had to ask for a complimentary car wash while everyone else's car was being washed upon completion - and whatever they did left a bunch of swirls.... UGH
