Chrome Exhaust Tips for '01 A6 2.7

A few months ago someone posted some info. re: chrome exhaust pipe tips for an '01 A6. Anyone know the part number for these and how much they cost? Are they available on line anywhere?

Here are the Audi factory accessory and part number

These took all of about 5 minutes to install, using only a 12mm socket wrench to tighten the U-clamps over the existing pipes.

Audi part number for 2000-2001 2.7T: ZAW806006 T
Audi part number for 1998-2001 2.8: ZAW806006
Cost: $90.00 US for either one.

Be aware that if you look from below beltline level, you can see the clamps that hold them to the stock tips, and not everyone likes that look.

I still really like the look, personally, and there's no cutting or drilling required for the install.

Or, you can get aftermarket tips that will exit at an angle below the bumper (I don't like that look), or you can cut the bumper valance on the pre-2002 cars for other aftermarket options like higher-flow mufflers with tips.

They will also work on a 4.2

I put them on my '01 4.2 sport and they look nice. They take a lot of adjusting as they were not made for that diameter pipe but they do work. I've had them on for about 6 months.
