Had a short rolling run against a new EVO....

I have a 2.7T Tip. We were cruising along just going in to third and he punched it. I anticipated that he would.....

It is quick but I was able to walk on him pretty easy and walk away from him. Unfortunately for him I was running high octane fuel and Xchip. I was running full stock look with the original 16in wheels so I am sure he was surprised. I sure wouldn't want to race him from a stop with 91 octane. Nice little car... with a few mods it could very fast.

It was a fairly short run on a wide open street. (relatively safe)

Always knew your car was a monster, especially with good gas : )

And I know you wouldnt run if it wasnt safe, so no need for the disclaimer. Did you hit 4th??

Your car has the go , to go with the show. Looks good with the wheels, suspension and now you've got speed. And an automatic ta boot! Would have been fun to see it. Now we just have to get you to the drags again! I'm thinking 13.7's for you.

Totally OT post for Ming2.7

Markus called Bob while on a test drive in an O.CT tuned RS6 yesterday... going just over 300KPH!!!

It must be good to live with an Autobahn nearby!

Going well

Currently looking for a spare tranny to send to Level 10 . See if they can beef it up to 5-600hp and lbs .

But his car is purty fast : ) for a 4,000lb sled

You are right I'm not stock and everything was in my favor..

Xchip + 96 Octane + we started racing at about 40miles per hour ..... I would expect to lose a 1/4 mile drag race by some margin. I have seen an 00 2.7T run 13.9 with tip (best ever). I understand these EVO's can run about a 13.4 consistently.
