Yesterday, I was sworn in and admitted to practice law...
today, I had my very first client consultation for drafting of contracts and TM work, and they are signing.
Hopefully the financial drought will soon be over, as I haven't had any truly gainful employment since mid-January other then small dev work here and there.
I know this is OT, but I just wanted to SHOUT IT OUT from the roof tops that I am super excited to not have to solely rely on my tech skills anymore to bring home the bacon. Cuz as we all know that industry has seen better days, especially here in NYC where we have 100,000 dotcomers collecting unemployment, which I wasn't qualified for (majority shareholder in <a href="http://www.golfinity.com" target="_blank">Golfinity</a>).
