Bumper update: Called the bodyshop, 2003 bumper ordered.Now I need to get the tips..where can I get

how much was the rear valence?

I think the valance is part of the bumper, the bumper is $525 plus paint and labor.

You are going to need to cut the other downturn tips off, so why not just get weld-on?

I found these, although I haven't received them yet - total steal.

I just ordered the "005" for my new exhaust I'm doing. Magnaflow also has a lot of nice tips. I went with these because I was looking for a resonated tip since I'm going with straight pipes from the resonator back.

Do a search on google though, there are TONS of options. Bolt-on tips might limit your options slightly.

Whats the difference between a Resonated Tip and Non? Also how do you tell the difference?

I wanted to remove the C/R and get Magnaflows, but I really don't want the hum around 2500 rpm which means keeping the C/R and in that case I don't want to even get the Magnaflows. My view is either do it all or nothing. No point in doing it half-assed.

A resonated tip just has glass surrounding the inside with perforations...

It is basically like a mini-muffler, or mini glasspack. It helps to melow out the exhaust note slightly.

The reason I'm going with them is because I'm taking the magnaflows out all together and leaving the CR. I want more sound, but I don't want it to sound like ***. I guess we will see : )
