Default steering
Is the 605 relay a better feel than the 628? theres gotta be a better way to get the right feel? is there any computer tweaking? HELP

Default what exactly do you mean by "better"?
read Stoney's links- I think you'll find what you're looking for. consensus seems to be that the 628 relay is an improvement on the 605 in that steering is less boosted at speed...<ul><li><a href="http://www.netwiz.net/~jds/files/a6_links.html#steering">Stoney's FAQs (Steering at top)</a></li></ul>

Default 605 provides more boost, drives like an old Cadillac.
628 stiffens up much better at speed. Driving without the relay is like the 628 is over 35 mph, but at any speed.

I much prefer no relay, than either the 605, or the 628 I put in to replace the 605. I sold the 628 right after I bought it.

Default Dude. You have posted this same question all over here many times for the last 2 days and...
have gotten the same replies. What dont you understand about this? Just pull the darned thing out and drive it with no relay, or stick a Pez dispenser in there and get wood. There is no more help to be had..K?

Default Just remove the relay..... first week it will feel heavy ....
after that you won't even notice it. I was unhappy at first but now I wouldn't go back.

Default Ummmm...except that I can offer a mod (for TIP cars) to disable the power steering relay...
when in Tip mode. If interested, e-mail me....
