Warranty Gold
Anybody have good or bad to report on them. At the moment I own two warranties Warrantech, and recently purchased Warranty Gold. I am going to cancel one.
Having purchased Warrantech first, I later found the Gold company and liked the price, term, and coverage better. It covers wear and tear vs. straight out failure.
A quick and defendable opinion would be appreciated.

Tell us about your experience with Warrantech...
1. Do you have the Ultimate plan? It seems to covers a lot incl seals & gaskets. Not sure what wear & tear items and "below spec" parts that WG covers, certainly not brake pads?
2. Any claims filed/completed with Warrantech.
3. WG looks good but not available to us in CA.

I have no experience good or bad with Warrantech.
Simply bought it first because it was offered by the dealer. No claims/No complaints.
But there is a difference- Warrantech requires a part to outright fail, Warranty gold will replace a part when it has fallen below mfg min. tol. but not yet failed. The exclusion list is shorter on WG also.
I have a few days to decide which to keep- I'm leaning toward WG even though it will cost me a few extra bucks to do so.
