Default I leave for Atlanta tomorrow morning for business, what is there to do since no braves game,,,

I know I am going to go eat at "Pappa Ce Deux's" (sp), my favorite mexican food when in Texas, and there is one near the office.

Besides that, I have nothing to do Thursday night. Some say Buckhead is cool, others say skip it.

???

Default ATL is boring.

Went there on business a few times. Best shot is MAYBE Buckhead...it was hit or miss for me....I never hit.

The Pink Pony is a great strip club if you're into that.

I like Buluga's if you want a nice Jazz/Martini Bar.

Spondevits (ms) is a good place to get some clams (food)...kinda near the airport to.

I couldnt find much to do either time I went there. I like it there but it's just not Boston.

Default Stone Mountain is nice

There is alot of history around Atlanta. Panoz builds cars there. Maybe a factory tour? Stripper clubs are in every city.

Default I would personally skip Buckhead...

I've lived here 12 years and Buckhead has gone downhill. Go to mid-town, like around 12th & Crescent, there's a couple of cool places there - Front Page News, Leopard Lounge, etc..

Or Virginia Highlands area for Highland Tap, Darkhorse, Surin. There's lot of little "artsy" shops in the area too.

The Tavern at Phipps Plaza is good.

What part of town are you staying in? What are you looking for? Good food, good looking people, cool cultural things (very little of that in Atlanta IMHO), sports bars, etc..?

Everything is going to be pretty slow during the week. The Tavern is usually pretty packed after work, with a band playing outside sometimes. Great looking staff and customers.

Default If you like bourbon, head to Joey D's Oak Room.`

Search for it on Google. It's a nice place.
