New S6 Price: How much under MSRP did you pay?
Hi All:
I'm looking to tradein my A6 avant for an S6 and was wondering what kind of deal's you all have been receiving.
One dealer in the Northeast told me that the S6 is scarce and there are only 25 in US dealer inventories right now.

$1600 under MSRP...
ok, so that was 16 months ago 
on an ordered car...
If you can find a leftover 2002, the deal should be a few $k under invoice...if you are looking at 2003s you might get a good deal close to invoice but since they have gotten so much rarer, the dealer may not be willing to deal so much.

Three low-mileage 02s (all silver) on eBay now, $42-$49k (reserve's probably low $50s)
Inlcuding this one @ Champion Porsche+Audi in Florida.

Yeah, I agreed to MSRP also...then at "closing" they knocked off...
$800 plus, the "Loyalty" thing showed up at that time which was another $800...but basically I paid MSRP as paying CA tax was $800 more than Texas tax would have been and the loyalty thing would have been valid no matter what I paid.
