Exhaust tipes!!! Wan't my exhaust to show on my 2000 2.7t, but only like the cut valence HELP Ideas!

Exhaust tipes!!! Wan't my exhaust to show on my 2000 2.7t, but only like the cut valence HELP Ideas!
i need something cheap(less than $500) Can i cut the valence and the muffler and weld exstesions on to it. is this possible. can i bend the muffler,extend it, and cut the valence. If so is cuting the valence hard. Sorry if i seem confused, i just need help.

You can cut the valence with a dremel, buy tips for $20 to $70ea, and have them installed for about
$20. The outlet from the muffler is 2 1/4" if I'm not mistaken, but a decent shop should be able to adapt a different size tip. Here is the link to the ones I just picked up. Good build quality, and you can't beat $12 a piece.
