In terms of Sales potential. If the allroad sold better, would you take a 2002 allroad in and give a better deal to an old 2002 S6 that has been sitting for almost 2 years?<ul><li><a href="https://forums.audiworld.com/allroad/msgs/49009.phtml">Clicky clicky</a></li></ul>

I said just about every way...
The only advantage the allroad has is ground clearance.
I'd be interested in learning just what the allroad has to offer that the S6 doesn't do better.
I'll take the 6-speed option away from you as the poor excuse for a manual transmission Audi puts behind the 2.7t is really sad.
The ability to mod the 2.7t to match the 4.2 in the S6 is also a moot point because modded 2.7t's are not reliable or warranted.

not reliable? Taking the 6spd difference away.. Whoa slightly one sided eh
Then I get to take your brakes and suspension away...
Now we both have A6's, happy?
Oh wait no, you have ugly A6 bumpers while I have the updated flush bumpers. oh wait and I have the aluminum trim that looks much better on either of our cars over the black trim. Damn okay you have the sports seats and I have another "for fat American" only seats. we both have cold package offered right. sound systems are identical.
What is your Majestic S6 times on a road course? autoX, drag strip? We can compare your mighty mobile against some of the inferior (oh sorry, except offroad) allroads if you like.
I prefer Fin's approach, he is not too tied up in the fact that he bought it so it must be the best on all fronts and everything else is lacking.
We don't need to converse any further. I respect aspects of both vehicles. Hell if there was a single perfect vehicle in the right price range we would all own it right? (RS6 Avant for $65K would be my idea of the PERFECT CAR!)
