Default Is paint protection material worth the cost?

If so, what's been your experience with 3M Clear Bra and/or Llumar's material (if anyone's even used it)?

Default Re: Is paint protection material worth the cost?

I have been using 3M for about 6 or 7 years. Very useful as it really protects the paint without being too visible.

$1,200. Next time I will get a clear bra. I'm somewhat disappointed at how many chips I have. My beater car has 155k miles and doesn't have 1/4 of the stone chips that the Audi has.

It may not be as much of an issue for you if you don't do much highway driving.

P.S. Sorry for the bad pic. Definately need more garage lighting.

Default Yes, I had mine done very early by a company that used 3m product. Unfortunately, they didn't have

the computer program that cut out any bumper piece so I only had the hood and mirrors done. I can already see a few rock chips on the top of the bumper; but, there are none in the leading edge of the hood or anywhere the film is. I highly recommend these products.
