Have you asked the allroad forum? In the end if you're happy and the seller is happy, then it's a

good deal. Simple as that. Can you get it for less? Maybe. But how much time and effort do you want to spend, chasing what may be the impossible to achieve?

yes i posted in the all road forum as well but the a6 forum tends to be a lot more active.

I do think it is a fair deal, but was looking for some confirmation as things are a little different then when I leased my last vehicle. thanks for yours and any further input.

Yes, more then fair, figure the sales guy is only going to make < $100 on it....

and at deals like that he needs to sell more than 20 cars a month to make a living.

Plus ya gotta figure, if you beat the sales guy up through the sales process - and he makes nothing on your car - don't expect him to be very helpful when you need assistance later on. You get what you pay for - auto salesmen are not indentured servants, although the population seems to think so.
