Audi A6 4.2 mesh grill???

Where can I get one, everytime Ilook on ebay for a grill I get just the normal grill but in chrome, anyone know where I can find a mesh one at?

4.2 grill is different from V6 cars. No market for them. Looks a bit downmarket (ricey) IMHO

It's a luxury car, not a race car or sports coupe.

Funny you mention that....I was just about to ask why mine doesn't seem to fit well......

.....since I finally got the chance to try out the RS6 upper grill that I got a few weeks back at a NE AW gathering. I took out the stock grill on my 2001 A6 4.2, but when I replaced it with the RS6 grill there was a relatively noticable gap between the upper brushed edge of the grill and my hood. It's not like it was 1" or anything, but it was off enough to look like the grill just wasn't meant to fit. So, here's the question part of this post:

Am I just being too picky in terms of the fit, or does this grill really not fit all that well onto a non-RS6?

Dunno about the grill fitment issue, others here have done the front end change......

no issues with the grill on the hood or none that I have seen anyone complain about - your issue is a 1st that I'm seeing here.

Sure you bought an OEM RS6 upper grill?
