Not difficult.
I would recommend getting ahold of the correct tool for the rear to compress the piston.
Harbor Freight has an inexpensive tool, or you can usually rent them from the local Autozone.
Otherwise no other special tools are required. It's a straightforward remove and replace.

There is one tricky part
The springs which hold the pads in place sometimes rotate out of position as you are bolting the the assemly back in place. Make sure the springs are in place correctly, its easy to make this mistake.
Also, the manual says the rear caliper bolts are one time use, and you should use new ones for each replacement. I have not replaced them.
