As for the car... buyback is high especially with 67K. However, given that you know the maintenance history, it's a tossup. Looks like you've got some maintenance coming which will eat most of your rebate card.
You may be able to find better financing outside of Audi Financial. I would say if you can keep the payment around the same price to go for it. To trade and get another similar car you are looking at a fair cash outlay in addition to not knowing the car's history.
Also be sure to give Matrix a call in Portland for the maintenance. You'll likely save over Sunset's prices and will certainly receive better service.
