Problem with radio (actually the speakers) and now remote locking

STFA, but didn't find anything.
I think I might have gotten some rain in the back end by the Bose amp that could have caused the problem for the radio, but not sure how to fix it. The radio works fine, but the speakers are dead. The only one that works in the sub. Has anybody had, or heard of this problem before?
And now this morning, the remote locking would work. Unlocking the car and opening the rear gate still works, but it won't lock. I can lock everything with the key in the door. I haven't tried my other remote yet.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
