Default Ugh...wife is getting a Forrester
In the end, I had to bow before the household peace gods and relent.

Fortunately, I still keep the A6. I haven't decided if it's worthwhile to get the Forrester XT (turbo 2.5L) or just the basic X trim and save a few grand.

Anyone got a line on a audiworld-like forum for Subies so I can nose around?

Default I used to have your exact Audi (RS6 now) and we also
have a 2004 Forrester XT. No question - get the turbo. The thing is seriously quick for an SUV, but I'll admit it's not the best looking vehicle. 18,000 miles and no problems either.

Default If you know whats good for you, you will leave the wife in charge of every aspect
of her new car. You can intervene to help getting a better price, but anything else is likely to come back and bite you in the ****. Sit down and think about this for 2 minutes. Imagine anything that might go wrong in the future and how you were the one that is responsible for picking this car.

Default get the turbo
or u can get teh regular 165 hp one. Both are not bad. But really i don't have to tell u if u had a choice between turbo and non turbo which one u should pick.
