I have used the site to send messages to Audi but I've never received any acknowledgement and now I know why. It's not really Audi (AoA) but a marketing contractor and they never pass anything on to AoA. I told our good SA that I mentioned him in dispatches and wondered if he ever got any recognition for it. He didn't. So don't waste your time writing them anything, good or bad.

I did get a phone call from a web inquiry...
When I bought my 4.2 back in April. I asked if there were any outstanding recalls on the car, and someone identifying themself as being from AoA left me a message by phone. Took them about 3 or 4 days to respond.
