I found these in my shed a few weeks ago and was wondering what to do w/them. (aside from use them)

I found these in my shed a few weeks ago and was wondering what to do w/them. (aside from use them)

I must have forgotten that they were there. Came from an X-AW'er's '02 A6 2.7, after he upgraded to Magnaflow mufflers and tips.

The muffler shop cut the pipes off very close to the back of the mufflers. I have to install a sleeve inside the pipes to attach them at the same point.

Should I install the whole muffler w/tips attached or just have the tips cut off these and welded to my existing mufflers?

Either way, I will still have to cut my rear valance.

If it was me, I'd just hack the tips off, and graft them onto your existing mufflers...

No thanks! I have enough things to "mow" around now, w/my all son's toys out back.

His lastest toy:
