New A6 4.2 owner - audio questions

What is the easiest way to add a sub to a 2004 A6? I would prefer to keep the stock bose amp for the fronts/rears, but kill the stock sub amp and replace with an aftermarket amp/sub. I would also prefer to use a line level input into the sub amp, not convert an ampllified signal back down to line level (if possible). This will be a DIY install, have good experience in general audio installs, but dont know location of Audi goods. Thanks!

Also - I will be installing a Dension ipod input in lieu of satellite radio, anyone have any experience with this (how tough of a job)?

I thought teh sedans had subs, in the pass side of the trunk?

easiest thing to do is use an amp with speaker level imputs, and run it off of the sub speaker leads... won't be the cleanest, but it's teh easiest. Otherwise, you can convert the line level imput to the sub amp to rca, and do it that way. Or, I believe that there are adapters to acheive the same result. Check in the tech section, I think there are some articles there on this subject.
