Boost looks OK, I guess, but what about timing and MAF?

Default I'm not exactly a guru...
But the timing looks OK to me. It makes sense that it would be pulled back under high boost and load. I'm assuming you ran on 92 octane.

Default 93, and I did get a few comments from teh S4 dudes.
I posted here too as sometimes they don't have patience for non-regulars asking questions in there.

Default My boost graph from 2 months ago looked similar and got the OK from the B5 crowd...
...and I agree that the timing was backed off as the boost came on.

Default Yeah, I saw that. I've got some respect over there as I was the first person to do a good tech...
article on 2.7T timing belt replacement after all searches turned up nothing. All those S4s and nobody did a decent write-up!

What did they have to say? From my somewhat limited experience with turbo engines, I'd say that looks pretty normal. Looks to be about the boost limit of the system also.
