Gianelle saga continues..need some advice
<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/94340/wheel1.jpg"></center><p>Gianelle put it in writing for me today that it is their policy of conduct for continuing business relationships that the dealer who sold me the rims must pay for shipping to and from the manufacturer. If the wheels are coverred under warranty, they will reimburse the store for shipping costs. If not, they are supposed to use the sale profits to pay the freight (as someone replied to the other post - they are high profit and make huge markups) So, i also have the store owner telling me the opposite in writing and asking me for more money to send em out. Proof of his rip-off technique! Do i go give this guy another chance to do the right thing, or just go after him with legal recourse? The price of the sale is well above small claims court and i think the world would be better off if this guy was out of business or hurt financially. He does not care about cars, people, or simply running an honest business. He gets your $$ and gets you out the door.
Any advice?

Get the dealer in trouble with Gianelle first...
...call or email them again, and inform them that their dealer is not willing to cooperate. He made his money with you and now doesn't care about you, customer wise. See how Gianelle responds to this first.
