No the cloth piece on the trunk lid itself...............
there is a small piece of wire that runs between the trunk lid and the back window when the trunk is open. When closed it is not visible. When that photo was taken, the antenna was still magnet and stuck on the trunk. It is now attached with heavy double sided tape to the back window. The wire then goes under the trunk lid liner, over to the hinge and then down into the trunk and from there is buried into the car. I'll get a pic when I get a chance.
