Default ABS module!!
Has anyone had their ABS module replaced? how many miles did u have?

Default common problem with Audi...
instead of buying a new one for 1200 bucks.. get it rebuilt for a few hundred<ul><li><a href="http://www.modulemaster.com">www.modulemaster.com</a></li></ul>

Default On mine it was replaced at 55k, before i had the car. Repair service i think is available on ebay...
for about $250 if i recall it right.

Default Mine hasn't died...yet. :/ It is a common failure, though. Are you sure yours has gone south?...
...confirm by checking for any error codes (DTCs) and posting here; those who have replaced thier ABS modules will know the symptoms. :P Good luck!

Mine died at 77K or so, fixed under CPO.

Default I've been driving around with mine dead for too long. Go the Module Master route...
Thats my plan (once I find the time to do it) and this seems to be more of an inevitable issue than a common one with these cars.<ul><li><a href="http://www.modulemaster.com">Module Master</a></li></ul>

Default I was doing that too until I had to stop semi-quick and the rear brakes...
locked up because there's no brake pressure distibution without it. Very dangerous. Not talking about ABS... basic brake management.
