Is it true that Mercedes has SAME Lugpattern as the A6
I browsed throgh ebay and some seller said that mercedes lugpattern is 5x112 just like Audi's.
Is that true or only on some models just like with our Audis?

Yes, I am using BBS RK2s that came off a Mercedes
The offset for my 18x8.5" RK2s is the same whether you order it for a Mercedes or Audi, 32ET. Many aftermarket wheels are 35ET offset but of course that is only a 3 mm difference and OEM Audi wheels are often more like 40+ET. I think some people get caught up with the idea that there is only one correct offset but there is a range that will work. If you go too far you may; hit the brake caliper, hit the fender well or put a lot of stress on the suspension. You will need the correct hubcentric rings for the Audi because the ones for Mercedes are different. With the BBS wheels you need rings whether you are putting them on a Mercedes of Audi (or probably any other car) but they are different. I bought the rings at Tirerack for perhaps $15 per wheel.
