Also, mid-octane is apparently a mix of super and regular in the first place. It's not its own gas, they just mix the other two so you are never 100% sure of the mix and if the gas station is a little sleazy and trying to squeeze a few extra pennies out of the mix.
This may all be paranoid BS. I am simply repeating what I heard from other car forums. (Fora? is it Greek?)
