Help with CHIP tuning
I'm thinking about swapping my stock ECU for a APR 93 Octane ECU for my 00 A6 2.7T 6spd.
Is it plug and play??
Also, what should i need to replace? DOV? TBB?
Is anybody sell APR CHIP???????

don't swap the ECU...just swap the chip...
provided the ECU has the same numbers as yours does.
There are many codes, immobilizers, anti theft, etc. that have to be taken into account for an ECU swap. It can be done but you need instruction and a VAG-Com set up.

As others have said, for MY 2000 it is plug and play, just make sure the ECU has the same Letter
code on it. Yes, you would want to upgrade the TBB, either Samco, or APR, or you could go with the bi-pipe. DV's the Audi 710s do just fine. Good Luck, it really transforms the car!
