Clair Audi...very upset with service/no service...people on this forum seemed to have good things to
say about clair audi but i just brought my car in to do some recalls and have it checked out for some noise and oil leak. I brought my car in at 8am on a saturday morning (missed some good make up sleep from the week) to assure that the car would be ready to be picked up at the end of the day according to the service tech....well, they had my car from 8am to 4:30pm and they had not touched my car...service tech said he had no excuses, etc.
my complaint is why commit to an appointment if you know your going to be short staffed...or at least call the customer to maybe reschedule due to being short staffed.
so...i'm not very happy with this and just had to say something...i heard bad things about brookline audi from this forum. any other recommendations...for dealers?

Don't go to a dealer for service
Try some of the local independents that people rave about:
Shine Racing in Walpole
Brian's Garage in Needham
Central Street Garage in Natick
Check for others on the New England forum.
You'll pay a lower labor rate, less expensive parts, personal service, and maybe even be allowed into the garage to see the work being done.

Handling is great, ride is firm
It definitely doesn't float over anything and at times feels a bit too firm.
When one wheel hits a bump, it's perfect; handle the bump and move on. When two wheels on opposite sides hit a bump, it's real firm and the feeling is that you bounce a bit out of your seat.
Handling is GREAT, though. Sharp corners, hide speed corners, it just digs and goes.
