need help getting radio out

there are two small slots on the bottom of the radio and then the bottom of the radio itself.....are the spring clips in the two slots, and how do you go about freeing them, i ve read the tech article, but do you go inside out or outside in?

You need to deflect the retainers inward.

go to the dealer, they'll do it for you for free, takes 1 minute with the tool.

Forgot. The retainers are in the slots you mentioned.
