Yoko tires

Quick, Anyone know if the 225/50/16 yoko es100 or yokos in general will fit the sport pak 16 in. wheels?

Tire rack is telling me only 205s will fit and 225's will rub the struts.

I have had no problems with...

...225/50-16's on my sport package wheels with either Yoko AVS Sports or AVS dB's. My car is lowered with coilovers as well, so you should be fine.

Thanks everyone.

I figured with the number of folks running 225/50/16 on their stock
16X7 wheels, I should be okay. It's just very few folks(any?) have the new Yoko ES100 tires and wanted to double check with you all to see if yoko's in general were any wider than say, dunlops or bridgestones.

I bought my 99.5 used and the owner had just installed 225/50-16

on the stock sport wheels. The wheels are 7" wide, so 225 is actually a better fit than the 205s. No rubbing detected anywhere.

I've got Discount tire's Yoko brand (I think it's the YK420 or something like that). Probably not the most agressive, but a decent all-season.
