Bleeding brakes on 01 A4...
It says if you have manual transmission you must bleed the clutch...
They claim you do the following. Remove resivior cap...open right rear caliper bleed screw, with the engine running pump the brakes until you empty the resivior to the point of the clutch feed line. Fill the fluid back up, then bleed the clutch? Where is the screw for that...?
I assume you do the clutch first...then you do Right rear, Left Rear, Right front & Left front...furthest to closest to the master cylinder. It say in the bentley to bleed out 15oz per caliper...that seems like an awful lot to me...that's 60 Oz for the calipers...and another 6~10 for the clutch...I suppose since it's a flush maybe ok...I guess it's cause I've only bled the brakes so I'm used to a few oz here and there...not nearly 100 Oz of fluid.

Not using the ABS pump to powerbleed, but just to make sure you get all the fluid out.
Procedures for pumping the ABS pump are in the Bentley, but I haven't looked to see if there's any recommendations on doing this or not doing this during the fluid change.
(From your other posts, I know how A.R. you are, I just figured I'd throw in another thing to worry about)

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/VAG-COM/</a
