Everyone with the stock BPV...
If it's not apparent, I just finished the install and I'm quite pleased, not to mention, suprised with the difference.
Kind Regards
Changing the valve transformed the car. Before I ever researched chips, the tech at the dealer clued me in about the stock valves. After the upgrade the car was soooo much more smooth. There was no extra power, but what was there came on in a much more fluid manner.
TT valve, Forge or Bailey, it does not matter...just make the change.<ul><li><a href="http://www.seansa4page.com/mya4s/995/forge/forge.html">Sean's A4 Page</a></li></ul>
take the bottom plate off,
the stock BPV is on the passenger side near the front grill,
remove the screw clamp,
take note to the direction of the BPV dont want to reverse the new one,
pull the crimp clamp off, needs to be replaced by a screw clamp availible at a hardware store,
remove the vacuum line,
put the new one in place screw down the clamps and zip tie the vacuum line on.
