Any of you LA/Van Nuys peeps going to the Neowerkes thing up at Chillers tonight?
I might roll if some of you guys roll, otherwise I'll do something else. Chillers has a decent rep anyway, and I'm always up for seeing some nice rides.

...and bring it to this Thursday night's Burbank KK run.
Can't make Chillers tonight. Got plans with an ex-gf. We're still on good terms (breakup was my idea) and I still see her (nekkid) occasionally. ;-)

A couple of things
I think Burbank is dead for at least a couple of weeks. This last past week we got booted by 5-0. He said that he had tape of a burnout in the lot and that he was gonna start writing citations if we didn't leave, saying we all had illegally modified cars - whatever... I didn't see anyone do a burnout, so I don't know what the hell he was talking about. So, it's either Van Nuys or Calabasas

Well, wherever you guys wanna meet is cool w/me...
...CHICKEN! Afraid of the po-po, eh? Makes me wish I would've gone last week. I've got no worries - I know more about the CVC than most cops do. The only thing they could cite me for would be no front plate, but I'll be driving my bro's Jeep to transport the fuel. I'd like to see their faces when I start passing out the 104! LoL!
Cop: What's that?
Me: It's race gas.
Cop: *grinning smugly* ...and just what is THAT for?
Me: It's used as fuel in internal combustion engines. It's made from petroleum. There are these stores called "gas stations" that sell the stuff. Can you believe it?"
I've got no problem with "normal" cops (like the one that cruised by last time I went), but chumps that bust your chops simply because the city/state gives them a bit of authority give the rest of 'em a bad name.
FTR - There were some bimmer guys doin burnouts and donuts at the meet before last, but just tell them that wasn't us. Tell them it was a bunch of trouble making bimmer guys and point at me. ;-)
