Austin Audi owners - Beasley Audi! (more)
I haven't spent much time lurking here over the last year or so, but have dropped in a couple of times in the last month or two and tonight I find out that Charles Maund lost their Audi dealership and it was picked up by Roger Beasley. I bought my car from Maund three years ago and those three years of service that followed were quite a dissapointment. Meanwhile my wife ended up purchasing a Volvo from Roger Beasley.
What a HUGE difference in terms of the customer experience. Service at Beasley has been nothing short of outstanding. So much so that I've been browsing sweedspeed.com checking out the S60R, etc., etc. I know that our experience has been shared by many others that we have spoken with
Knowing that Beasley will now be selling/servicing Audi's is very good news from my viewpoint. I was pretty much planning on going independent since my three years of Audi warranty is up. Now I will definitely have to rethink that decision. Just thought I would share my experiences with Audi owners here in central Texas.
